Callum Eddie Graham Wilson professionally known as Callum Wilson is an English professional football player who plays for Premier League club Newcastle United and the England national team as a striker. He started playing football for the youth team of Coventry City and made his first-team debut on 12 August 2009 in the League Cup. In 2011, he joined Conference Premier club Kettering Town on an initial one-month loan at the turn of the year where his loan was extended to another three months upon completion of his first month. On 29 December 2011, he was loaned to Conference Premier club Tamworth on a one-month loan and made his debut for the club on 1 January 2012. On 4 July 2014, he signed for AFC Bournemouth for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £3 million, after spending five years at Coventry. On 9 August 2014, he scored twice on his debut for the club. In his first season at the club, he helped them achieve promotion to the Premier League for the first time in the club's history where he became the team's top scorer for that season in the process, scoring 20 league goals. On 7 September 2020, he signed for Premier League club Newcastle United on a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee and made his debut on 12 September 2020. 

On the international level, he has represented England at various age levels. He has represented England at U21 and the senior level. He made his senior international team debut on 15 November 2018.

  • He started playing football for the youth team of Coventry City and made his first-team debut on 12 August 2009 in a 1-0 defeat against Hartlepool United in the League Cup, as a substitute. He signed a professional deal on 16 March 2012 which saw him stay at the club for a further season.
  • In December 2010, he made his league debut when he came on as a substitute against Queens Park Rangers. He made his first appearance of the 2012-13 season in a 1-0 loss against Carlisle United coming on as a substitute for Carl Baker.
