  • Cece Telfer started her career as an athlete by competing on the Franklin Pierce University men's track and field team in 2016.
  • She ranked 200th in the 400m among NCAA Division II athletes competing in that event in the men's division hurdles at the 36-inch men's division height.
  • She also competed in 2017 and ranked 390th among NCAA Division II athletes competing in the 36-inch men's division.
  • Then, she underwent her testosterone suppression treatment and started competing on the University's women's track and field team.
  • In 2019, she got qualified for the NCAA Women's Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing at 3rd position in 60-meter hurdles and 7th position in the 200-meter dash in the women's division.
