The "Dancing With the Stars" pro-Cheryl Burke finally tied a knot with her longtime lover, the actor with roles in "Boy Meets World" and "Mrs. Doubtfire" Matthew Lawrence on Thursday, May 23 at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego, Calif.
The star-studded wedding came after a year-long gap when the couple had their engagement on Burke's 34th birthday last May 2018. The wedding party was grand and was attended by the couple's closest family and friends which included actress Leah Remini, "DWTS" Kym Johnson Herjavec and the groom's brother, actor Joey Lawrence, and musician Andy Lawrence.
Leading up to Burke's and Lawrence's big day, Leah Remini threw her a bridal shower in March.

How was the wedding like?
The wedding of the star couple was mesmerizing as both the groom Lawrence, was looking like a prince and the bride Burke, was looking like a fairy princess with bright smiles on their faces.
The bride Cheryl Burke looked radiant and flawless in a custom Romona Keveža Collection silk crepe gown, off the shoulder with straps hanging at mid-length on her upper arm.
She accentuated the dress with a diamond necklace and several diamond bracelets while carrying a bouquet of calla lilies. Burke’s stepfather, Bob Wolf, walked her down the aisle as family, friends and “DWTS” co-stars watched.
Lawrence, 39, popped the question with a beautiful and sentimental diamond ring that Burke's late father gave to her mother before so it was a kind of ritual respecting the previous generation.
The ceremony lasted about 20 minutes and ended with a long kiss between Cheryl and Matthew. They looked so happy and in love. They were giddy with excitement.
A love story of the couple: A Tough Love?
Burke and Lawrence first met in 2006 through his older brother, an actor Joey Lawrence, who was a contestant on "Dancing With the Stars'" third season. The couple initially dated for about a year and broke-up in 2008.
In 2016, Burke's family, who had become fond of the actor, persuaded her to reach out to Lawrence over Christmas. They reunited almost nine years later, in 2017.
"My sister and my family used to love Matt," Burke told. "My sister basically took my phone and started the text message. I didn't think he was going to respond at all."
But he did, and the two rekindled their romance in 2017 and the following year on May 2018, Burke and Lawrence announced their engagement.
The pro dancer Burke also said in a funny way:
"We may never get married if I teach him how to dance! as he might have run away!"
"I just turn into a different person when I'm teaching, so I'm a lot harder," Burke explained. "I'm not mean, I'm just like... that's how I was coached, and it was just the reality of it.
Everything, it's like, 'This is how it is, and if you want to be better, you know, this is what you need to do.' So it was tough love."
Burke further added:
"Matt brings out the best in me. He enjoys every moment and that helps me appreciate life even more."
Burke appreciated her closet friend Remini through Instagram:
"Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for you opening up your heart and gathering my family and friends today," Burke wrote in a lengthy, heartfelt Instagram caption about the 48-year-old actress.
"I am overflowing with gratitude and appreciation."
