Carlos Joaquin Correa professionally known as Joaquin Correa is an Argentine professional football player who plays for Serie A side Lazio as a forward. He started playing football for the youth team of River Plate and also played for the youth team of Renato Cesarini and Estudiantes. He made his first-team debut for Estudiantes on 19 May 2012. On 16 December 2014, he moved to Serie A club Sampdoria for a US$10 million fee on a four-and-a-half-year contract and made his debut for Sampdoria on 15 February 2015. On 10 July 2016, he joined the Spanish La Liga side Sevilla for the transfer of €18 million fees and made his debut for the club on 17 August 2016. On 1 August 2018, he returned to Italy to join Lazio on a five-year contract for a €16 million transfer fee.
