Juninho Bacuna is a professional football player who plays for Scottish Premiership side Rangers and the Curacao national team as a central midfielder. He started playing football for the youth team of FC Lewenborg. In 2005, he joined the youth team of GRC Groningen. He then joined the youth team of Groningen in 2006 and began his career at the club. He made his Eredivisie debut on 5 February 2015. On 20 June 2018, he signed for Premier League team Huddersfield Town for an undisclosed fee for three years, with the club having the option for a further season. He made his debut in the Premier League on 27 October 2018. On 11 May 2021, Huddersfield exercised the option to extend his contract until the end of the 2021-22 season. On 19 August 2021, he signed for the Scottish Premiership club Rangers. 

On the international level, he has represented the Netherlands at the various age levels and Curacao at the senior level. He has represented Netherlands at U18, U20, and U21 levels. He made his international team debut for Curacao on 8 September 2019 in the group stage of CONCACAF Nations League A.
