Mauricio Baldivieso is a Bolivian professional football player who plays for Club San Jose in the Liga de Futbol Professional Boliviano as a midfielder. He started playing football for the youth team of Aurora in 2007. On 19 July 2009, he played his first match in professional football for Aurora where he became the youngest player ever to play professional football at the age of 12. In 2011, he returned to Aurora alongside his father, who took over for a second time as manager. In January 2012, Baldivieso joined Real Potosi on a loan deal that ended in June 2012. On 30 June 2013, he signed for Liga de Futbol Professional Boliviano club Nacional Potosi on a free transfer and made his debut for the club on 4 August 2013. In 2015, he signed for Universitario de Sucre. On 22 April 2015, he made his debut for the club against Cruzeiro. From 2015-16, he played for Jorge Wilstermann. In 2016, after he left Jorge Wilstermann, he signed for Club San Jose. In 2018, his contract with Club San Jose expired.

On the international level, he has represented Bolivia at U20. He was selected for the Bolivia U20 team to play in the 2015 South American Youth Football Championship. He is yet to make his Bolivian national team debut.
