Rhett has written his numerous songs himself and some he has co-written like, “I Ain’t Ready to Quit” on Jason Aldean’s 2010 album My Kinda Party. Rhett has also written singles for Jason Aldean, Lee Brice, Florida Georgia Line, LoCash, and Michael Ray among others. Thomas began his music career back in high school where he had his band, The High Heeled Flip Flops in his 20s. His professional career embarked when he was first discovered by an executive from Big Machine Label Group approached him while he was playing at a club and offered him a publishing deal to write songs.
