• After three years of his bodybuilding career, he earned third place in a national competition. He won first place in competitions in his native Providence Of Fars. He won his first national title in 2005. 
• Choopan then won more national titles, along with a silver medal at the WBPF World Bodybuilding Championships. He went without a trainer from 2008 to 2013. He began training with Ali Ne’mati. 
• Hadi won first place in the WBPF Asia Championships in 2013. He then compete at the WBPF World Bodybuilding Championships, winning gold in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
