A source told that the supermodel, 48, will speak to the court in Fairfax, Virginia, via video link on Wednesday. During Depp and Heard's defamation trial, Heard alleged that the Pirates of the Caribbean star once pushed Moss down a flight of stairs - which has opened the door for his lawyers to call Moss to the stand to testify but Kate Moss has never publicly addressed these claims, but sources say it never happened and that she has supported her ex-boyfriend throughout the court case. 

Depp and Heard, who tied the knot in 2015, and were married for one year before Heard filed for divorce in 2016 - have been battling it out in court in recent weeks.
